== Description ==

Temporarily endow a Party Member's weapon with the [[Wind]] property for this skill's duration. This skill's level affects the property endowment success rate. If the skill fails, there is a chance to break the equipped weapon and no elemental attribute will be applied. Each cast consumes 40 SP and 1 {{item |id=992 Wind of Verdure}} regardless of skill level or success.

On Fatesend: duration increases to 40 minutes at max level (20 minutes at level 1), success is 100% from level 1, no catalyst is needed, and casting grants the Sage a self elemental MATK buff of (SkillLV - 2)%.
