# Speak to the Scientist (man_in01 372, 221) in the basement of the factory in [[Manuk]] (manuk 310, 199). 
# He gives you a {{item |id=6076 Portable Toolbox}} to assist you in finding ores somewhere in Midgard.
# He will send you to one of three locations.  Regardless of where he sends you, if you walk around near the entrance portal of the maps with ore your toolbox should activate and mark the locations on the minimap.  After mining a location it will re-appear in a couple minutes.
#*Mt Mjolnir - Collect 10 Rough Ore from any of the following locations.
#:# Mt. Mjolnir 01: (32, 309) / (217, 35)
#:# Mt. Mjolnir 02: (90, 195) / (206, 187)
#:# Mt. Mjolnir 04: (124, 380) / (220, 130)
#:# Mt. Mjolnir 09: (229, 218) Near the lower cliff.
#:# Mt. Mjolnir 10: (188, 260)
#* Thor Volcano Entrance - Collect 5 Rough Ore from any of the following locations.
#:# Veins Field 03: (152,134) / (256,228) / (85,189) / (282,268)
#* Abyss Lake Entrance - Collect 5 Rough Ore from any of the following locations.
#:# Hugel Field 05: (134,322) / (72,104) / (65,99) / (323,84) / (251,344)
# Return to the scientist in Manuk once you have the Minerals.
#*Receive 700,000 [[Job EXP]] and 2 Manuk Coins.
