== Description ==
Decrease attack and movement speed of all enemies within the area of effect, canceling the effects of any skill which provides a bonus to said stats. This skill's [[ASPD]] reduction is affected by the caster`s [[DEX]] and [[Dance Lessons]] skill level, and the Movement Speed reduction is affected by the caster`s [[AGI]] and Dance Lessons skill level.
