== Description ==
Success rates are based on the player's [[Job Level]]. Use of this skill with a Job Level above Job Level 50 gives the player an increased chance of upgrade success; up to a maximum added chance of 10% at Job Level 70 over the rate of upgrading weapons versus the [[NPC]]. The desired weapon does '''not''' have to be equipped by the Mastersmith in order to be upgraded via this skill, and must ''not'' be in order for it to appear on the selection menu.
