This skill drops the movement speed and agi of all enemies who move through it. In PVP and WoE settings, this skill affects everyone, allies or enemies, but does not affect any Ninja class characters. While the speed and agi of characters is reduced, Watery Evasion does not remove speed increasing skills, such as [[Increase AGI]], [[Two Hand Quicken]], and [[Adrenaline Rush]]. The reduction in AGI and Speed last for a short duration after they leave the affected area. Watery Evasion cannot be cast on cells with [[Magnetic Earth]]. If you cast [[Blaze Shield]] it will cancel Watery Evasion.
