== Description ==
Use 5 [[Spirit Sphere]]s to temporarily set the user's armor (hard) [[DEF]] and [[MDEF]] to 90, at the expense of moving speed, attack speed (reduced by 25%), and is unable to use active skills.

== Notes ==
* The cast time is not interruptible.
* Only active skills (such as [[Heal]] or [[Summon Spirit Sphere]]) will be disabled during Mental Strength status. Passive skills such as [[Raging Trifecta Blow]] or [[Spiritual Cadence]] will function as normal.
* Items are usable.
* This skill ''sets'' the user's [[DEF]] and [[MDEF]]. As a result, your equipment will not have any effect on your DEF like it usually does. [[VIT]] DEF (''soft'' DEF) will still influence damage.
