Job change quest start is in **Hugel** (Hunter Guild moved from Payon Field). 1. Go to the Hunter Guild (Hugel) Go to Hugel and find the Hunter Guild at: Hugel 208, 222 (then enter the guild interior) Talk to Hunter Sherin (Hunter Guildsman) to apply. Note: The old Hunter Guild entrance on Payon Field still shows a notice board saying the location moved to Hugel. 2. Test #1: Interview (Personality / Etiquette) Sherin will ask 10 scenario questions. You need **at least 9/10 “good” answers** to pass. Recommended answers (safe choices): Wander around alone and search for a place. (or Quietly ask a passerby) Use the Kafra service. (or Walk with a friend) Sell items I do not need. (or Hunt at a nearby field) Go back to town. Would it be possible to get a Heal, please? Open a chatroom and wait. (or Look to see if anyone already wants it) Give some of my items and Zeny. Guide them to their destination. (or Tell them which way to go) Watch, then attack when asked for help. Try to find the owner. (or Just walk by) If you fail, you can repeat the interview. 3. Test #2: Materials for Arrow Making (Demon Hunter) After passing the interview, talk to the receptionist on the left: Guild Receptionist “The Demon Hunter”. He will request **one random item set** below. After turning in the items, talk to Sherin again. She will instruct you to meet another guild member in Payon for the final test. Location of the guild member in Payon 5. Go to Payon and find the examiner for the final test. The Hunter Guildmaster can be in one of two locations: Payon - enter the building near the center of town, then go inside to payon_in03 (131,7) Payon Archer Village - enter the Archer Village building, then go inside to payon_in02 (21,31) If you go to the wrong one, the NPC will tell you to check the other location. Once you find the correct NPC, talk to them to start the final test. You will receive 200 Silver Arrows and be transferred to a waiting room. Move forward to begin. 6. Test #3: Final Test (Maze) You will be placed in a maze with monsters and water puddles. You must complete all objectives in order within 3 minutes: Kill any 4 monsters labelled "Job Change Monster". Activate the switch to open the exit. Exit the maze. The maze contains Poring, Zombie, Archer Skeleton, and Mummy. You will fail if: You kill a monster that is not labelled "Job Change Monster". You step into a puddle of water. You run out of time. You die. Tip: You can activate the switch from a distance. 7. After passing, you will receive a Necklace of Wisdom. Return to the Hunter Guild and give it to Sherin to become a Hunter.
