Beginner Skill Resetter Requirements Base Level: 40 or Below Rewards Quest Reward(s): Skill Reset This quest is repeatable as long as your character remains at Base Level 40 or below. High First Class characters are also unable to use the resetter. In Prontera, talk to the Hypnotist to the right of the Tool Shop in the center of town (prontera 146, 232). Make sure your character is at 0 weight before resetting. When asked if you want to reset your character, say yes, and the Hypnotist will reset your skills for you. Note: The Basic Skill must be returned to level 9 before you can put any points back into your first class skills. (On some servers Basic Skill remains when resetting with this quest.) Note 2: Only non-Transcendent characters are eligible to reset. If you are a Transcendent First Class character, the NPC will not reset your skills.
