1. Reach the Rogue Guild
- Go to the Pharos Lighthouse (cmd_fild07). You can reach it from Comodo or Morroc via Kafra warp.
- Enter the lighthouse and take the portal at (193,117).
- Talk to the Rogue Guildsman in Rogue Guild (in_rogue 363,122).

|
If you have any unspent skill points, the job change may not proceed correctly. Spend them before continuing.

2. Written Exam
You will be asked one of three question sets. You must answer at least 9 out of 10 correctly.
Set 1
- Which monster drops a slotted Gladius? Kobold
- Which monster drops a slotted Main-Gauche? Hornet
- Choose the class that is able to create unique potions. Alchemist
- Choose the weapon that Rogues aren't allowed to use. Katar
- Choose the property that the Hode monster possesses. Earth
- Choose the monster that is unable to be tamed for as a Cute Pet. Creamy
- Choose the monster that receives more damage from a Dagger with the Fire property. Hammer Goblin
- Choose the town that doesn't have any guild castles. Alberta
- Choose the plant that drops Blue Herbs. Blue Plant or Shining Plant
- Choose the monster that does not have the Undead property. Familiar
Set 2
- By what percentage is the flee rate increased when a Thief masters Improve Dodge? 30
- Choose the monster that detects characters using Hiding or Cloaking. Argos
- Choose the location where Thieves can change their jobs to Rogues. Paros Lighthouse
- In which town can Novices change their Jobs to Thieves? Morroc
- Choose the card that does not affect the DEX stat. Mummy Card
- So what's cool about being a Rogue? Any answer
- When is it possible to change from Thief to Rogue? At Job Level 40 or At Job Level 50

3. Mr. Smith: Fee + Item Set
After passing the exam, you will be sent to Mr. Smith (Rogue Guild in_rogue 376,23).

5. The Maze
You will be warped into the Underground Tunnel / Maze. Make it to the exit to return to the guild.

* Hotkey Backslide and Hiding.
- Staying close to walls helps a lot.
- A Frilldora garment can help with Cloaking.
- Maze spawns cannot detect hidden characters.

6. Job Change and Rewards
After you escape the maze, return to the Rogue Guildsman (in_rogue 363,122) and complete the job change.
